International Shipping

Availability: We currently offer international shipping to selected countries and regions. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for more information.

Packaging: All parcels are shipped in our Packaging Bags or Boxes. This ensures durable layering and stronger protection during transit.

Rates and Delivery Times (We Currently offer Free shipping Worldwide)

  • Europe Destinations: 7–12 business days

  • USA: 7–12 business days

  • UK: 7–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • Australia: 7–12 business days

  • Asia Regions (Japan, Korea–Seoul/Gyeonggi, China, Singapore): 7-8 business days

VAT & Import Duties: VAT is not included. Buyers are responsible for any applicable VAT or import duties.

Shipping Fee Required For:

  • South Korea (Outer Regions): 8-12 business days 

Uncollected Parcels:
If a parcel remains uncollected after a delivery attempt, you will be notified. For reshipment, an additional delivery fee will apply to cover the cost of returning the parcel to our facility and reshipping it to you. This fee must be paid by the customer before the parcel is dispatched again.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Shipping Address Changes

Before Shipping: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at novalanecases@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.


Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at novalanecases@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
